Science says that consciousness is an illusion, just electricity and bio-molecules that give up the video game that appears to be real as soon as you die. Anyone who still thinks that consciousness is something bigger, inherent in the Universe, not limited by your personal life and death, is forced to subscribe, perhaps, to an old religious mythology that is scientifically irrational and embarrassing, or, perhaps instead, to some sort of pseudo-scientific nonsense that's equally untenable. ShungaBliss to the rescue! The facticity and inherently magical quality of Consciousness should not have to go against 21st Century scientific logic. It doesn't need to rely on "out there" pseudo-science, and it certainly can dispense with all the old supernatural beings of religion. I hope you will find my hypotheses about the connection between Energy Bodies and String Theory to be reasonable and logically coherent. People have been experimenting with various magical elements of Consciousness for tens of thousands of years. I distinguish this kind of "energy experimentation" from the standard Buddhist idea |
