of "mindfulness" meditation. Everyone knows that (the usual) meditation is just so god-awful boring! No offense, perhaps you have been meditating for years now, trying your best, but it's hard work. It's "practice." I learned from Osho that the Buddha's own word for meditation, dhyan, doesn't mean "mindfulness" or something similar. It means "experience of ones Emptiness." The Emptiness, where we all come from, is wild. It's not calm. It's not centered. There's a saying in the Zohar (where Kabbalah comes from): "God is not nice. He is not your uncle." ShungaBliss comes from the ecstatic side of meditation, the kind Buddha would be proud of. It comes from the Tantrikas and the Taoists, the Shamans and the Druids, from the Old Religion of Europe, from the real places that hallucinogens imperfectly open to people, and from our latest understanding of Science, of how the world is really built, too. There are so many books on Quantum Mechanics and Consciousness! Many of them are rationally and scientifically respectable. Quantum Mechanics realized, back in the 1920's, that reality was inherently non-deterministic and that the act of observing the Universe affected the observation, but there's no good idea as to why.
